For modular, pre-recorded online learning paths:

• 7-Day Review Window: You are eligible to request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your enrollment date, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the video lessons or course modules.
• Progress Verification: Course progress is automatically tracked by the Bitwise LMS. If module completion exceeds 20%, or if proprietary code/datasets have been downloaded, tuition fees become non-refundable.

• Proprietary Code Downloads: Downloading proprietary automated trading scripts, algorithmic backtesting libraries, or institutional datasets.
• Student Code of Conduct Violations: Expulsion from an active cohort due to account sharing, harassment, piracy, or intellectual property infringement.
• Third-Party Vendor Tools: Separate software licenses or third-party market data subscriptions purchased outside of academy tuition.

5. How to Request a Refund (Step-by-Step)

To request a cancellation or refund, follow these steps:
